Four wineries of four families cultivate 850 hectares of vines from which the Clos de los Siete is produced. The excellent conditions for the cultivation of vines is due to the nutrient-rich soil and the Andes Mountains. The glacier water provides them with sufficient water throughout the year. Tasting notes:Deep ruby red in the glass. In the nose aromatic, elegant and fruity. On the palate with floral notes, strong character with a good balance. Long lasting in the finish. Grape varieties: 55% Malbec, 19% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Syrah, 2% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc. Ageing: 11 months (70% in oak barrels, 30% in stainless steel tanks). Soil: sand and pebbles. Closure: Natural cork. Drinking temperature: 18°C. It harmonizes very well with all kinds of dishes.
