The Weingut Heinrich is located in Gols in Burgenland. It is under the management of Gernot and Heike Heinrich. A great wine is only made when the vines feel good. The family vineyards are located in Purbach, Breitenbrunn, Winden, Jois, Neusiedl am See, Weiden, Gold, Mönchhof and Podersdorf. The numerous hours of sunshine around Lake Neusiedl allow the grapes to develop fully and reflect this intensity in the taste.Tasting notes:Bright, strawy yellow in the glass. In the nose, light flowers, yellow, fleshy fruit and wild herbs. On the palate delicate aromas of toasted cereals, yellow fleshy fruit. Long lasting finish. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay. Vinification: Large oak barrel. Soil: Calcareous and slate. Acidity: 6,6 g/l. Residual sugar: 1,7 g/l. Bottled: Early April 2020. Closure: Glass closure. Drinking temperature: 8-10°C.
