Leo Hillinger took over the winery from his father in 1990. Since the handover, he has constantly developed his company. Today, Hillinger wine is internationally renowned. Since 2010 Hillinger has been pursuing organic viticulture. Tasting notes:Pale straw yellow with green reflections in the glass. The aroma is fresh, fruity with a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, acidity and fruit form a harmonious interplay that makes this wine highly enjoyable to drink. Long lasting in the finish. Grape variety: 70% Welschriesling, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Muskateller. Vinification: Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Residual sugar: 5,5 g / l. Acidity: 4,7 g / l. Serving temperature: 7°C. Drinking temperature: 7-10°C. Storage time: 2-3 years. Excellent with sushi and light summer dishes like salads.
