On the palate, the fruit remains in the foreground and is characterised by a lightness. Long lasting on the finish. Grape variety: Zweigelt. Maturation: Stainless steel tank, dry. Residual sugar: 4.3 g/l. Acidity: 5,2 g/l. Storage potential: 3 years. Serving temperature: 12 °C. Drinking temperature: 14-16 °C. This red wine goes perfectly with pâtés, beef tartare and beef carpaccio.
