The Hirschmugl Winery is under the management of Anton and Astrid Hirschmugl. After the couple acquired a property on the Seggauberg, they began to realize their dream. After not too long they fulfilled their dream of living, living and working in and with nature. Due to the special location and the optimal climate, the two succeed in producing wine at a very high level. The Hirschmugl winery specializes in three grape varieties, including Muscaris, Cabernet Blanc and Cabertin. But also classic varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling or Zweigelt are cultivated. On the palate dry, juicy, tightly meshed, full-bodied, peach, elderberry with fine citrus nuances and an elegant acidity. Long lasting in the finish with a reverberation of stone fruit and citrus fruits. Grape variety: 100% Muscaris. Maturation: steel tank. Drinking temperature: 10-12 °C. Ageing potential: Up to 7 years. Closure: Cork. This white wine goes very well with spicy Asian cuisine, poultry and veal.
