The winery K & K Kirnbauer is located in Deutschkreuz and covers 40 hectares. For the production of the wines only own grape material is used. The Kirnbauer family winery attaches great importance to tradition and quality. Tasting notes:Ruby red in the glass. Very present on the nose with aromas of cassis. On the palate very powerful and intense with noticeable tannins, opulent with subtle toasted aromas. Long lasting on the finish. Grape varieties: 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 31% Cabernet Franc. Aging: 38 months in French oak barrels. Soil: clay, sand. Residual sugar: 1,3 g/l. Acidity: 5.6 g/l. Closure: Natural cork. Aging potential: until 2039. Drinking temperature: 18°C. Should be enjoyed without food.
