The Kaiken winery is located in the Mendoza wine region in Argentina. The wine was named after a wild goose called "Kaiken". It stands for freedom and boundlessness. The grapes are handpicked in the vineyards of Mendoza. Tasting notes:Deep dark ruby red in the glass. In the nose very interesting and spicy, slightly floral, clear expression. On the palate of dark to black fruits like blackberries and blueberries, chocolate. Long lasting, fresh and complex with soft tannins in the finish. Grape variety: Malbec. Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels. Residual sugar: 3,2 g/l. Acidity: 5,4 g/l. Closure: Natural cork. Drinking temperature: 16-18°C. Storage potential: 3-4 years. The red wine goes perfectly with meat dishes with strong sauces.
