La Contesse is a winery that has been run by the Bonotto family since 1970. The winery is located at the foot of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hill in the province of Treviso. For the production of the Prosecco mainly the grape variety Glera is used. A grape variety that is ideally suited for the production of sparkling wine. Tasting notes:Light straw yellow in the glass. Very fruity and delicate on the nose. At the palate it reminds of golden apples, Williams pears, citrus fruits and white flowers. Long lasting, refreshing and lovely in the finish. Grape variety: Glera. Maturation: steel tank. Acidity: 5,80 g/l. Residual sugar: 16 g/l. Drinking temperature: 6-8°C. Soil: Medium textures. Enjoy the Prosecco as an aperitif. It also goes well with fish, salad and fresh cheese.
