The vines grow in regions where mild maritime climate, alluvial land and volcanic soils prevail. The harvest of the mature grape varieties is carried out with the utmost care, followed by vinification in the avant-garde winery building. Tasting notes:Ruby red with violet reflections in the glass. The nose is spicy and harmonious with complex aromas of berries and maquis. On the palate complex and velvety, pleasant tannins with subtle nuances of tobacco and berries. Long lasting on the finish. Grape varieties: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging: steel tank 10 months, barrique 2-4 years. Soil type: limestone, sand, pebbles. Closure: Natural cork. Drinking temperature: 18-20°C. This red wine is excellent with rice and pasta dishes, as well as dark meat.
