Paladin Malbech Gli Aceri IGP 2014 14% Vol. 1,5l in Giftbox

The Paladin winery was founded in 1962 by Valentino Paladin. The company is run by the family and includes more than 100 hectares of vineyards. As early as in 1975, the Malbech was successful in one of the first national wine competitions. This Paladin ferments after a 10-15 day maceration in steel tanks. It is then aged for 12 months in barriques and a further 6 months in wooden barrels. It receives its finish in a 6-month bottle aging. Awards: - 2 glasses in Gambero Rosso Tasting notes:Strong ruby red with garnet reflections in the glass. In the nose fruity, clear and intense, accompanied by notes of tobacco and spices. Very elegant on the palate with a perfect harmony. Long lasting in the finish. Grape variety: Malbech. Maturation: steel tank. Drinking temperature: 18 °C. This wine is excellent with roast turbot, red meat, poultry and game.
