The Riegelnegg winery is located in southern Styria and covers 11 hectares of vineyards. In the own vaulted cellar, which was renovated and expanded in 1997/98, is the in-house vinotheque where you have the opportunity to conduct stylish tastings. The majority of the white wines are vinified in the classic Styrian way in stainless steel tanks, while the majority of the red wines are stored in barrique barrels. Tasting notes:On the nose clean lines, lively bouquet with aromas of apples. Fresh and fruity on the palate with a well-balanced acidity. Long lasting on the finish. Grape variety: 100% Welschriesling. Residual sugar: 1,8 g/l. Acidity: 6,0 g/l. Drinking temperature: 8-12°C. Closure: screw cap. This white wine corresponds with hearty snacks, seafood and freshwater fish. Welschriesling is an excellent "summer wine".
