The Tschida family winery was founded in 1982 and has been producing wine since 1993. Today the winery covers 40 hectares of vineyards. 70% of the area is used for the cultivation of white grape varieties. The resulting wines are mostly processed into sweet wines. Maturation: steel tank. Acidity: 7,4 g/l. Residual sugar: 119 g/l. Drinking temperature: 10-12°C. The sweet wine goes very well with pasta, foie gras and Asian dishes.
