The Tschida family winery was founded in 1982 and has been producing wine since 1993. Today the winery covers 40 hectares of vineyards. 70% of the area is used for the cultivation of white grape varieties. The resulting wines are mostly processed into sweet wines. Acidity: 5,7 g/l. Closure: screw cap. Drinking temperature: 10-12°C. This sweet wine is an excellent accompaniment to pâtés, foie gras, blue cheese, asparagus salad and chicken liver. It harmonizes very well with Asian cuisine as well as with chocolate desserts.
